3:15 PM Ofc. A. Lopez – Traffic Accident – IH 35 Frontage Rd. @ FM 3175. Officer responded to a two-vehicle accident with reported injuries.
3:45 PM Cpl. Robison – Property Release – Lytle PD
Officer released personal property to the owner from a previous case.
3:50 PM Ofc. A. Lopez – Vehicle Unlock – HEB Plus (19300 Blk. McDonald St.)
The officer responded to unlock a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe.
4:32 PM Ofc. A. Lopez / Capt. Dear / Sgt. D. Lopez – Disturbance – Criminal Mischief –
McDonald’s (14800 Blk. Lytle-Somerset St.) Officers responded to a verbal disturbance. Upon arrival, a lady was arrested for Criminal Mischief for damaging a kiosk monitor and was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
Wednesday, January 22
4:59 AM Ofc. Cortez / Ofc. Reyes – Open Door – (15300 Blk. Main St.) Officer discovered an open door while performing business checks. The business was checked and secured.
7:56 AM Ofc. Diaz – Unlock Vehicle – 15000 Blk. Adams St. Officer unlocked a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado.


10:30 AM Ofc. A. Lopez – Courtesy Ride – North Side of Lytle. The officer provided a courtesy ride to a mother and daughter.
2:20 PM Ofc. Diaz – Vehicle Unlock – 17000 Blk. Wisdom Rd. – 2014 Honda CRV
3:52 PM Ofc. Diaz – Suspicious Activity – Park Place & Kensington Ct. Officer responded to a report of a male going door to door. Everything was okay.

Officers responded to a report of a lost iPhone. The iPhone was found in a family members room at the hotel.

Officers initiated a traffic stop for failing to signal a turn, which resulted in the arrest of a 53 year old woman for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd offense and she was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
11:30 PM Ofc. Mendez – Business Alarm – Dollar General (14800 Blk. Main St.)
The officer responded to an active alarm. The business was secure.

Officer responded to outside the city limits of Lytle to assist with a patient having a medical emergency.

The officer spoke with a complainant regarding a lost laptop and bag left on the roof of her vehicle as she started driving.

Officers responded to a report of a female locked in the bathroom reporting someone was following her. A 28 year old lady was arrested for Public Intoxication and booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
3:34 PM Ofc. A. Lopez – Suspicious Activity –15000 Blk. Main St.) Officer responded to a report of a bearded male in an older model white Ford F-150 attempting to pick up a juvenile on Railroad St. The juvenile ran away and was okay.

Officers responded to a report of a vehicle that struck the roof of the building.

Officer responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.

3175) Officer responded to transport a consumer to the San Antonio Behavioral Center on a mental health warrant.

Officers provided traffic control for an 18-wheeler blocking the roadway.

5:40 PM Ofc. Diaz – Assist Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office (Murder/Suicide)–. Officer responded to assist outside the city limits of Lytle for a report of two deceased subjects.
