17:42PM – Office dispatched to IH 35 S for a minor accident.
21:50PM – Officer dispatched to IH 35 S for theft of merchandise <$100. Subject cited and released.
April 5
23:00PM – Complainant on Devine Dr reported a disturbance. Unable to locate.
17:18PM – Complainant on Jamison Dr reported a white male subject walking in people’s yards. Unable to locate.
20:47PM – Officer dispatched to Coker Ave for minor accident.
April 6
15:07PM – Officer dispatched to IH 35 S for minor accident.
22:52PM – Officer dispatched to Park Ave for suspicious activity. People were sitting on benches. All okay.
April 7
1:05AM – Complainant on Zig Zag reported suspicious activity. Officer observed both driver’s side doors open and equipment inside. Made contact with owner who advised okay to just shut doors.
3:14AM – Assisted MCSO with physical disturbance on CR 761 between male and female.
8:27AM – Complainant on Teel Dr S called in reference to suspicious male loitering in area.
21:58PM – Officer initiated traffic stop on Hondo Ave E. Male subject DWLI; vehicle towed.
23:30PM – Complainant on SH 132 N called in reference to male subject knocking on door and left. Unable to locate.
April 8
14:57PM – Officer dispatched to Crouch Ave for disturbance. Officer made contact with male and female; female departed. All okay.
15:49PM – Complainant on Wilkens Ave reported vehicle parked in front of residence. Officer made contact with Spectrum Mobile, advised of city ordinance and asked to advise his supervisor as well.
16:37PM – Complainant on Teel Dr reported white F-250 runs stop sign daily in afternoon.
20:38PM – Complainant on Hondo Ave reported black Camaro with tool bag on ground. Made contact with owner who stated son was getting car and left tool bag there. Officer made location and retrieved bag.
20:53PM – Complainant on Malone Dr advised she was assaulted by her boyfriend about an hour ago. Boyfriend no longer at location. Arrest warrant obtained for offender.
23:25PM – Complainant on Colonial Pkwy called in reference to suspicious truck parked. Unable to locate.
April 9
4:30AM – Officer dispatched to IH 35 to assist Frio Deputies in pursuit of vehicle. Vehicle took exit 132 and Frio terminated. Vehicle located at Webb/Gutierrez and was unoccupied.
12:54PM – Complainant on Ingram Rd reported elderly man walking around and appears to be lost. Area checked but unable to locate.
April 10
8:08AM – Complainant on Devine Dr reported there is a dark color Lexus that keeps driving back and forth. Uanble to locate.
10:10AM – Complainant on Commercial Dr reported a male with Dos X box acting strange. Officer made contact with male who stated he was picking up trash. Officer gave subject courtesy ride to residence.
16:22PM – Officer dispatched to Wilson Dr for a welfare check. 14 year old female unresponsive but breathing on school bus; believed to have been vaping. Juvenile transported to Medina Regional. 13 year old male juvenile was taken to Juvenile Detention Center for Poss CS PG2 Less 1 Gram DFZ.

12:35 PM – John Lott Park – Officers responded to a report of a lost cell phone. The phone was located with their child.
5:00 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to unlock a 2014 Mitsubishi.
5:05 PM – 63300 Blk. Diaz St. – Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle call to discover it was a contractor installing phone lines.
Tuesday, April 08
3:00 AM – 14800 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to an active alarm. The business was secure.
3:12 AM – 14600 Blk. Main St. – Officers responded to an active alarm to discover the front window broken and a gaming machine stolen.
4:10 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a report of an upset customer throwing a piece of peppermint candy and striking an employee.
8:39 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a report of shoplifting on 12/14/2024 and 4/4/2025. The female shoplifter was observed stealing under $500 worth of merchandise. The case is under investigation.

12:40 AM – Assist Atascosa EMS –19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to assist a patient having a medical emergency.
8:53 AM – Main St. @ Diaz St. – Officer observed an abandoned vehicle and discovered it had a blown tire.
9:32 AM – 14700 Blk. Railroad St. – Officers observed a male with a known active warrant. A 33 year old male was arrested on an active Bexar County Warrant for Burglary of a Habitation. Subject was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
11:47 AM – Lytle PD – Officers received a phone call regarding fraudulent checks being cashed at the El Buffalo Pawn Shop by two separate males.
2:09 PM – 19700 Blk. IH 35 Frontage Rd. – Officers responded to a verbal disturbance over a handicapped parking spot.
8:30 PM – 14800 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to an active alarm. The business was secure.

12:40 PM – Lytle PD – Officers spoke to a female regarding her ex-husband.

3:21 PM – Hester St. & Martin St. – Public Works alerted our staff to evidence of a possible water theft from two fire hydrants.

8:17 PM – 14800 Blk. Railroad St. – Officers initiated a traffic stop for speeding that resulted in the arrest of a 33 year old male for possession. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.

9:51 PM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a homeless male. The man was okay.

10:00 AM – Benton City Water – Officers attended the Baton City Water Spring Fling.
10:57 AM – 14900 Blk. Main St. – Officers responded to check on a resident but were unable to contact her.
2:15 PM – 15000 Blk. Main St. – Officers responded to a report of a reckless driver and spoke to the vehicle’s occupants.
5:02 PM – IH 35 Frontage Rd. @ MM 130 – Officers responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.

1:20 PM – Assist Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office – IH 35 NB Frontage Rd. @ MM 131 – Officers responded outside the city limits to assist with a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
4:13 PM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
8:31 PM – IH 35 @ MM 131 – Officer responded to check on a female in a pink shirt but could not locate her.
9:18 PM – 14800 Blk. Main St. – Officer provided a courtesy ride to the female on the previous call to IH 35 in Atascosa.
9:54 PM – 14800 Blk. Main St. – Officers initiated a traffic stop for no license plate light, which resulted in the arrest of a 33 year old male for an active warrant out of Brazos County for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
11:51 PM – 15000 Blk. Main St. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for speeding, which resulted in the citation and release of a 41 year old female for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Subject was released at the scene.
