Devine was twice ready to run away with a victory over visiting Carrizo Springs last Friday as they took an early 14-0 lead and a late 28-14 advantage at Warhorse Stadium.
However, things got a little hairy on each occasion as the Cats shaved multiple 14-point deficits down, but the Warhorses buckled down to pull out the 28-20 victory.
