February 14
10:42AM – Assisted Fire Dept at Teel Dr S with small fire in back end of vehicle.
12:20PM – Complainant on Judson Dr called to report theft of wedding rings from residence. Stated rings were located at a pawn shop in San Antonio.
13:05PM – Complainant on Dixon Dr called regarding a male hanging out by the side of the building. No longer on scene upon arrival. Saw male later and advised him not to return to store.
19:33PM – Officer dispatched to SH 132 N for a two vehicle minor accident.
20:26PM – Complainant on Colonial Pkwy report a male subject carrying a ladder and appeared to be trying to access Food King roof. Identified by police. Found to be in possession of contraband. Male subject jailed POC PG1<1G February 15 20:04PM – Caller on Davis Ave reported male lying on side of street. Identified by police; all okay. February 16 5:55AM – Male subject jailed for criminal trespass and resisting arrest. 7:20AM – Complainant on Blackjack Ln reported Hispanic male outside apartment yelling. Officer arrived and contacted male. 11:48AM – Complainant on Jamison Dr S report vehicle parked in driveway of abandoned house. No one was there. 15:17PM – Complainant reported identity theft by his brother. 16:34PM – Complainant on IH 35S called in reference to a theft $100. Subject cited and released. February 17 13:25PM – Officer assisted other agency with BOLO for 2023 Ford F250 with front end damage on IH 35 NB. Vehicle occupied by male subject involved in possible hit and run in Frio Co. 15:30PM – Complainant on Hall Ave called in reference to smoke coming from back of property. Officer made location, everything was okay. Officer didn’t observe any smoke. 17:53PM – Anonymous caller advised of possible wanted subject on Moore Ave W. Male subject jailed for Medina County warrant for terroristic threats imminent fear or SBI. Found to be in possession of CS PG 1. Assisted by MCSO. February 18 10:10AM – Officer attended Ash Wednesday drive through event. Over 200 persons attended at Devine Community Center. 11:21AM – Officer dispatched to IH 35 S for a two vehicle minor accident. 16:54PM – Officer dispatched to Colonial Pkwy E for two vehicle minor accident. 17:25PM – Male subject on Teel Dr N jailed for possession of marijuana >2oz.
February 19
8:04AM – Complainant on Hondo Ave E reported a suspicious vehicle.
13:31PM – Female subject cited and released for DWLI on SH 132.
15:10PM – Male subject cited and released for DWLI on Windy Knoll Dr N.
16:02PM – -Officer dispatched to Teel Dr S for two vehicle minor accident.
17:49PM – During traffic stop on Teel Dr N male subject found to have Medina County warrant. Subject exited vehicle and ran but was apprehended by police. Subject resisted arrest and was jailed.

Monday, February 16
6:56 AM – Railroad @ N. Somerset – Officer responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
9:12 AM – 14900 Blk. Main St. – Officers responded to a verbal disturbance.
10:54 AM – 14500 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to a verbal disturbance. The female customer was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning at the business owner’s request.
12:51 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer provided a courtesy ride to a female and a child to the Lytle Apartments.
4:50 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to unlock a vehicle, but the driver was able to unlock it before the officer’s arrival.
6:19 PM – IH 35 NB at the Medina Atascosa County Line – Officer responded to a one-vehicle non-injury accident. The accident occurred outside the city limits of Lytle, and the driver was referred to the Medina County Sheriff’s Office.
Tuesday, February 17
12:01 AM – Main St. @ Prairie St. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for driving on an improved shoulder, resulting in the arrest of a 36 year old male for Driving While Intoxicated 1st Offense. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
9:48 AM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a male regarding possible ID theft. The report was found to be unfounded.
10:32 AM – IH 35 NB – Officer responded to check on a female in a stranded vehicle. Everything was okay.
1:15 PM – 14900 Blk. Main St. – Officers responded to check on a homeless female lying off the side of the roadway. Everything was okay.
1:45 PM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a resident concerning the traffic signage at the IH 35 and Benton City Rd. exit.
4:35 PM – 14500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident, and both parties agreed to exchange information and did not want an accident report.
5:17 PM – 15200 Blk. Oak St. – Officer responded to unlock a 2008 Dodge Pickup.
7:14 PM – IH 35 @ MM 133 – Officer responded to a report of a reckless driver but was unable to locate the vehicle.
9:59 PM – FM 2790 @ CR 681 – Officers conducted a welfare check on an intoxicated male.

12:33 AM – 19600 Blk. Martin St. – Officer observed a vehicle door open in the residence driveway. Everything was okay.
6:42 AM – 63300 Blk. Hidalgo St. – Officer responded to the report of a 2026 Ford F-250 pickup utility bed broken into and the theft of $2,400 of hand tools.
7:10 AM – 15300 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to an active panic alarm that an employee accidentally set off.
10:08 AM – IH 35 NB – Officer responded to a report of a reckless silver Chevrolet Silverado but could not locate it.
10:49 AM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to unlock a 2003 Ford F-350.

5:51 PM – Lytle Community Cemetery – Officers responded to a report of a small child alone in the cemetery. The child’s father was located. Everything was okay.

7:40 AM – Main St. @ Diaz – Officer responded to the train blocking the roadway. The officer spoke with Union Pacific, who stated it was a mechanical problem.
12:31 PM – 14600 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to a report of a camera wire found cut. The owner stated the cut was found while moving the camera system.
3:43 PM – McDonald St. @ Main St. – Officer responded to a two-vehicle injury accident.
