11/24/2025 – Officers responded to 100 Block of 3rd street for assault with deadly weapon the case is still under investigation.
11/27/2025 – Officers were called to the Police Department for a civil matter case that is still pending investigation.
11/29/2025 – Officers made a warrant arrest at the intersection of 8th and Miller.
11/30/2025 – Officers responded to the Loves Truck Stop for a civil matter.

Monday, November 24
2:37 AM – Assist Bexar County Sheriff’s Office – IH 35 SB @ Luckey Rd. – Officer responded outside the city limits of Lytle to assist with a vehicle vs. deer accident.
7:27 AM – 15300 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to a report of a damaged fence for a $400 loss.
9:30 AM – 19200 Blk. Bank St. – Officer responded to the death of a 77-year-old female.
10:20 AM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a complainant regarding unwanted phone contact by a contractor.
10:40 AM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to the report of a homeless male in the roadway but was unable to locate him.
12:24 PM – Lytle PD – Officer took a statement regarding an assault between a husband and wife.
1:30 PM – 20200 Blk. IH 35 – Officer responded to a report of three shoplifting incidents in November, resulting in a loss of $1,700. The male suspect stole forty-three Perks 7-Hydroxmitragynine packages from a locked glass case. The case is under investigation.
2:30 PM – 20200 Blk. IH 35 – Officers responded to unlock a 2007 Ford Focus with children locked inside.
3:14 PM – 18200 Blk. Ball Rd. – Officers responded to an active alarm. Everything was okay.
4:12 PM – Assist Medina County Sheriff’s Office – 18600 Blk. Wisdom Rd. – Officers responded to look for a male involved in a stabbing in Natalia but were unable to locate him.
7:24 PM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to check on a homeless male. Everything was okay.
8:01 PM – 14600 Blk. Richard Dr. – Officer responded to a 911 hang up but could not locate the caller.
8:17 PM – IH 35 @ MM 133 – Officer responded to look for a lost cell phone but could not find it.
9:10 PM – 17900 Blk. Wisdom Rd. – Officer responded but was unable to contact the adult son of the caller.
Tuesday, November 25
2:18 PM – 1500 Blk. FM 3175 – Officer responded outside the city limits of Lytle to assist in jump-starting a vehicle.
3:34 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer received information for the repossession of a 2011 Kia Optima.
4:02 PM – 19700 Blk. IH 35 – Officer responded to unlock a 2023 Dodge Challenger.
6:55 PM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to the report of a male in the roadway. The homeless male was out of the road upon the officer’s arrival.
7:22 PM – 14800 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to report of a suspicious vehicle and found that everything was okay.
11:18 PM – Assist Medina County Sheriff’s Office – Main St. @ Martin St. – Officer assisted with a traffic stop.

3:44 AM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a report of a male in the roadway but was unable to locate him.
4:47 AM – FM 2790 @ Farmer Rd. – Officer responded to a three-vehicle injury accident.
8:03 AM – Assist Medina County Sheriff’s Office – 15000 Blk. Rodeo St. – Officer responded to assist a stranded motorist.
10:22 AM – Assist Medina County Sheriff’s Office – 19800 Blk. IH 35 – Officers responded to check on a male experiencing a mental crisis but were unable to locate the vehicle or the male.
1:17 PM – 14800 Blk. Star Cross Trail – Officer responded to the death of a 101-year-old female.
1:46 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to a report of children being left alone in a vehicle. A 29 year old female was cited and released.
2:35 PM – Lytle-Somerset @ Bruce St. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for disregarding a stop sign, which resulted in the arrest of a 20 year old male, for Possession of Marijuana and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
4:53 PM – 18800 Blk. Live Oak St. – Officer responded to a report of a loose dog.
6:10 PM – Lytle PD – Officer responded to a civil matter regarding child custody.
7:28 PM – 14800 Blk. Lytle-Somerset St. – Officers responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
Thursday, November 27
2:37 AM – Benton City Rd. @ Rodeo St. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for speeding, which led to the arrest of a 23 year old male for Driving While Intoxicated, 1st offense. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
6:23 AM – IH 35 SB @ Atascosa/Medina County Line – Officer responded to a report of a dresser in the roadway and moved it out of the road.
11:45 AM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers assisted in closing the store for the holiday.
6:25 PM – 14900 Blk. Star Cross Trail – Officer received a phone call regarding a water leak.
7:59 PM – Main St. @ McDonald St. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for speeding, which resulted in the citation and release of a 21 year old female for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
8:32 PM – Assist Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office – Las Palomas Dr. – Officers responded outside Lytle’s city limits to assist with a suspicious vehicle and found everything was okay.
8:54 PM – Main St. @ McDonald St. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for speeding, which resulted in the arrest of a 54 year old male for Driving While Intoxicated 2nd Offense. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
10:51 PM – IH 35 MM 131 SB Exit – Officer responded to a report of a reckless driver but was unable to locate the vehicle.
Friday, November 28
11:00 AM – 14900 Blk Main St. – Officer responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
8:36 PM – Main St. @ Railroad St. – Officer responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle but was unable to locate the vehicle.
8:48 PM – Wisdom Rd. @ Lake St. – Officers responded to a report of two Police Units blocking the roadway. The units were gone before the officer’s arrival.
Saturday, November 29
12:54 AM – FM 2790 @ Main St. – Officers responded to a two-vehicle hit-and-run accident.
2:38 AM – 19400 Blk. Davis St. – Officers responded and were unable to locate a male or female in the area as reported.
4:00 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded and cited, and released a 40 year old for shoplifting $79.75 of baby merchandise.
7:19 PM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to the report of a homeless male in the roadway.
7:37 PM – Lytle PD – Officers were conducting an earlier hit-and-run accident, which resulted in the arrest of a 41 year old female for Driving While Intoxicated, 2nd offence. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
9:00 PM – Lytle PD – Officer responded to speak to a complainant regarding a female and was advised she was arrested for DWI.
Sunday, November 30
2:10 AM – Bank St. @ Mesquite St. – Officer contacted Lytle Public Works regarding a water leak.
3:15 AM – IH 35 Frontage Rd. @ FM 2790 – Officers conducted a field contact, which resulted in the arrest of a 25 year old male for Public Intoxication. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
4:39 AM – 19800 Blk. IH 35 – Officer responded to the report of an auto alarm activation in the parking lot. Everything was okay.
6:20 AM – 18500 Blk. Live Oak St. – Officer provided next of kin notification for the death of a 43-year-old female.
10:20 AM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to speak to an employee regarding a cell phone dispute.
11:17 AM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a male regarding a threatening phone call.
2:20 PM – 15000 Blk. Main St. – Officers responded to a report of an open door. The owner arrived and secured the business.
3:50 PM – Lytle PD – Officer received a phone call regarding an open case.
6:47 PM – 14800 Blk. Main St. – Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle but were unable to locate the white Chevrolet Suburban.
