7th Colts end season with victories over Bandera, Comfort

The 7th grade A-team Colts finished off their season of perfection with a dominating 38-14 thrashing of Comfort last week. Devine kept its record 8-0 spotless and now look to continue that level of play once their 8th grade campaign begins next August.
Kyle Johnson got things going early for the Colts as he scored on a 20 yard run in the first quarter. Adrian Zamora ran in the two-pointer for an 8-0 lead.
Comfort tied it at 8 on their next drive, but the Colts offense got back to work soon thereafter as Chaz Dominguez found paydirt with a 54-yard scamper. Nathaniel Rodriguez converted the two-pointer this time to put Devine back in front at 16-8.
