8th Colts remain UNDEFEATED

The 8th grade Colts try to keep their two-year unbeaten streak alive Thursday versus Comfort in a non-district tilt. With Devine’s open week being the last week of the regular season, Friday night’s game at Warhorse Stadium marks the end of the 10-game stretch of the 2023 campaign prior to the state playoffs beginning the second week in November.
The Warhorses enter their Maverick contest sporting a 5-4 record overall, including a 2-1 mark in District 14-4A DII.  With Devine’s loss to Bandera, the Horses face a must-win situation if they want to remain in the hunt for a conference championship.
