Warhorses win Brush Country Relays

The Varsity Warhorses won the 2018 Brush Country Relays on March 1st place with a team score of 146. The placing of the other schools from 2nd to 8th was Karnes City, Randolph, Poteet, Stockdale, Pleasanton, Jourdanton, and Pleasanton-Green. With a full moon and cool breezy in Pleasanton, the Warhorses won first place in 6 events.
“We don’t have a lot of numbers on the boy’s side but they compete at a high level winning all three meets thus far. They are right where we want to be at this time in the year,” said Coach Lynn Cozby.
