The Brahmas were no match for the Warhorses when they faced off on December 4th. Coach Paul Wells and his team were able to control the court and outshoot Stockdale every quarter. Shooting 66% of their free throws was also a huge contribution to their impressive win. Scores by quarter: Q1 25-5, Q2 43-16, Q3 63-29, Q4 85-31.
It was a great night of basketball for the entire team, every player added to the scoreboard. Brady Cardenas led the team with 20 points. Cash Walker added 12 points, Lenard Pompa, Dalton Kramer and Sergio Martinez with 8 each, William Medrano, Justin Contreras and Damian Martinez with 7 each, and Mason Burford and Kam Adams with 4 each.
This weekend, the Warhorses will head to Pleasanton for a tournament, in Cotulla on December 18th, and then in Dilley on December 21st.
