The Varsity Arabians finished strong with a 47-35 win against Carrizo Springs. Stricker had an impressive 22 points while Pompa had 16. Whitaker had 3, Stehle, Quisenberry, and Mata each had 2.
Preslee Quisenberry was named to the All-Tournament team.
“We saw a couple different presses, some man defense and a couple of different zone defenses. We had to play aggressive teams during this tournament and we had to bring intensity every game,” stated Coach Jim Sessions.
The Varsity Arabians are coming together to become a force that will be hard to defeat by the time district play starts in January.
