Sandra Lynn Carter, age 64 of Pearsall, Texas passed away Thursday, June 8, 2017 at her residence.
She was born in San Antonio, TX on December 7, 1952, to parents, Fred and Lula (Santleben) Davenport.
She enjoyed sewing, travelling, camping, skiing, motorcycles and was active in the Servants Motorcycle Club.
Sandra is survived by her husband of 44 years, David Joe Carter of Pearsall, TX, sons, Morgan David Carter and wife Lindsay, Matthew Ryan Carter and wife Maria both of La Vernia, TX; daughters, Lea Ann Long and husband Rodd of Pleasanton, TX and Eufaula Hester of Seadrift, TX; brother, Mike Davenport of Lytle, TX; sisters, Joyce Valdez of Southwest, TX and Nancy Leveyof Seadrift, TX and nine grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, in the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at the First Baptist Church with interment to follow in the Blackhill Cemetery in Lytle.
Memorials may be made to the Servants Motorcycle Club, 1005 E. Trinity St, Pearsall Texas 78061, in her honor.
