A Devine resident was at Food King when he saw his stolen Nissan Frontier being driven down the road this past July 4 around noon.
The car was stolen from his home on Coker Avenue in the nighttime hours between July 1 and July 2, and he couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw it being driven around Devine two days later. The owner notified police who quickly responded and pulled the vehicle over just down the road in the 200 block of Hwy 132.
The driver of the stolen car was a 16-year-old male juvenile from Devine, and charges are pending.
