1:03 AM – Officer responded to 19100 Blk. of First St. for a report of a domestic assault. Case under investigation.
6:48 AM – Officer responded to 14900 Blk. of Main St. to assist a motorist who was having an anxiety attack and her arms were numb. Officer walked with the driver to EMS to have her checked out.
7:58 AM – Officer responded to IH 35 NB at Medina Co. Line for a report of a loose horse. Officer searched the area, unable to locate.
9:25 AM – Officer responded to 20000 Blk. of IH 35 NB for a report of a domestic assault. Case under investigation.
1:45 PM – Officer responded to 1000 Blk. of Collins Hill Rd. to assist Atascosa Co. Deputy with a 911 hang up call.
5:54 PM – Officers responded to The Washateria to assist Atascosa EMS with an adult male having a seizure.
6:00 PM – Complainant stopped by the Police Station to talk to an officer in reference to terroristic threats made via Facebook.
6:40 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus for a talk to an officer in reference to a theft that occurred early in August.
6:55 PM – Complainant stopped by the Police Station and talked to an officer in reference to a civil matter – child custody.
7:30 PM – Officer responded to Bill Millers to unlock a vehicle.
October 3
12:17 AM – Officers responded to 15100 Blk. of Main St. for a report of an alarm.
12:45 AM – Officer provided a courtesy ride to an adult male to the Whataburger.
10:12 PM – Officers responded to 18500 Blk. of N. Benton St. for a report of a civil stand by.
11:15 PM –Officers responded to FM 2790 at Luckey Rd. to assist Atascosa Co. Deputy with a possible shooting victim.
12:26 PM – Officer processed a 13 YO male juvenile at the Police Station. Case will be forwarded to Atascosa Co. Juvenile Probation.
12:43 PM – Officers responded to Camino Real Crisis Center for an unruly patient. No offense committed.
1:20 PM – Officers responded to Camino Real Crisis Center for an unruly patient. A court order commitment was obtained by Camino Real and the patient was transported by Atascosa Co. Deputy to San Antonio area hospital.
5:10 PM – Officer responded to Main St. at Somerset St. for a report of pedestrian creating a traffic hazard. Officer was unable to locate.
6:15 PM – Call Complainant called the Police Station and talked to an officer in reference to a found dog. Officer forwarded the call to animal control.
8:31 PM – Officer responded to Lytle EMS building for a burglary of a vehicle. A generator valued at $300 was taken from the back of the bed of complainant’s Dodge pick-up. Theft occurred between the hours of 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm.
October 4
6:25 AM – Officer responded to HEB C-Store to unlock a vehicle.
11:20 AM – Officer responded to Lytle High School to assist Atascosa EMS with a patient.
12:00 PM – Officer responded to IH 35 SB Frontage at FM 3175 for a downed stop sign causing traffic hazard. Officer arrived and put up a temporary stop sign. TXDOT was notified.
12:10 PM – Officer responded to 200 CR 6842 for a welfare check. Officer arrived and made contact with the individual who stated was feeling depressed but was not better. The male was given information if he needed to talk to someone further.
2:38 PM – Officer responded to Beall’s for a report of a theft of clothing items. Total estimated loss $250.
4:50 PM – Officer responded to US Post Office for a report of a verbal disturbance between two motorists. Officer arrived shortly but was unable to locate anyone.
7:20 PM – Officer responded to 19200 Blk. of McDonald St. to assist Atascosa Co. with clearing an abandoned building that was reported to have been damaged by unknown individuals.
October 5
8:18 AM – Officer responded to 18200 Blk. of Wisdom Rd. for a welfare check on a subject who called Atascosa Co. Officer contacted subject who stated all was fine.
9:43 AM – Complainant wanted to let the police know that while she was driving down Hwy. 132, a rock from a mower struck her rear passenger side window on her vehicle and chipped it. Complainant was upset since the subject on the mower didn’t seem concerned.
5:20 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus for a two vehicle crash.
October 6
12:00 AM – Officer responded to FM 463 for a talk to an officer in reference to a hit & run that occurred the day before on CR 681 at FM 2790.
2:30 PM – Officer responded to 19600 Blk. of S. Benton St. to assist AMR Devine with a patient.
5:24 PM – Officer responded to 15800 Blk. of White Cap for a reported fraud. Officer talked to complainant who stated an unknown individual used unauthorized checks under his account.
6:37 PM – Officer responded to Bill Millers BBQ for a report of a car that struck a dog. Officer arrived and met with the dog owner who stated his dog was hit by a white vehicle.
6:42 PM – Officer responded to 15000 Blk. of Main St. for a report of an alarm. Officer arrived and searched the area, all was normal.
10:48 PM – Officer responded to Best Western Plus to assist Atascosa EMS with a patient.
October 7
12:22 AM – Officers responded to Wisdom Rd. for a report of a reckless driver. Officers were unable to locate.
2:22 AM – Officers responded to Brown’s Tackle & Gun for a report of an alarm. Officers arrived and found the building to be secure.
2:28 AM – Officers responded to Whataburger for a one vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers noted a vehicle had run into the Whataburger drive-thru menu. The driver, a 22-year-old male subject, was arrested for having an Outstanding Warrant out of Bexar Co. for an Original Charge of Obstruction of Highway – Intoxication. Subject was transported to Atascosa Co. Jail.
8:40 AM – Officer responded to Hyde Park for a 911 hang-up call. Officer arrived and talked to the resident who stated all was normal.
8:57 AM – Officer responded to HEB C-Store to unlock a vehicle.
9:23 AM – Officer responded to Renal Care Center to assist Atascosa EMS with a patient who fell back off of his wheel chair. The male was transported by EMS to San Antonio for treatment.
10:20 AM – Officer responded to FM 3175 at Duck Pond Rd. to assist Atascosa EMS with a crash victim who was complaining of back pain.
12:05 PM – Officer responded to 18700 Blk. of N. Benton St. for a report of a suspicious vehicle.
12:10 PM – Officer responded to Bruce St. for a report of a sexual assault. Case under investigation.
2:37 PM – Officer responded to 15000 Blk. of Gate St. to assist Atascosa EMS with a patient.
3:40 PM – Officer responded to 19400 Blk. of FM 2790 to assist Atascosa EMS with an adult male who injured himself.
4:04 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus for a report of theft of consumables. A 48-year-old male subject was arrested for Theft < $100 with Previous Convictions. Subject was transported to Atascosa Co. Jail.

1:30 AM – Officers responded to 18100 Blk. of Wisdom Rd. for a report of a physical disturbance that resulted in the arrest of a 47-year-old female subject for Assault Causing Bodily Injury – Family Member. Subject was transported to Atascosa Co. Jail.
9:38 AM – Officer responded to 63300 Blk. of Coal Mine for a report of a resident blocking the city’s right of way. Officer met with the resident who stated she would move the blockage.
10:10 AM – Officer responded to IH 35 at Mile Marker 130 NB to assist Bexar Co. with a one vehicle crash.
12:20 PM – Officer responded to Valero Corner Store for a report of a silver Toyota Camry that possibly had dogs in the trunk. Officer searched the area, unable to locate vehicle.
2:17 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus for a report of a hit & run.
