Lytle Police Report May 8-14

May 8
12:27 AM–Officers responded to Camino Real Crisis Center for a report of a suspicious male. Officers made contact with the male who stated he was walking and taking a break by the parking lot.
6:32 AM – Officer responded to 14700 Blk. of Railroad St. for a talk to an officer in reference to a civil matter.
7:34 AM – Officer responded to NAPA for an alarm. The alarm was accidentally activated by employee.
7:41 AM – Officer responded to John Lott Park (15500 Blk. of Adams. St.) for a report of a urinal in the men’s restroom that was pushed until it was detached from the wall. Damage estimate was $200.
4:35 PM – Officer responded to Railroad St. at City Limits for a report of a distraught female walking. Officer located the female who had been kicked out of family’s house and was walking to San Antonio.
May 9
9:43 AM – Officer responded to 15000 Blk. of Main St. for an alarm. Officer arrived and found everything to be secure.
5:55 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus for a two vehicle crash.
7:00 PM – Officers responded to IH 35 at Mile Marker 131 to assist Atascosa Co. with a stand by for a vehicle search.
May 10
1:30 PM – Traffic stop at Food Mart resulted in impound of vehicle after discovering the driver had a suspended license and no insurance.
5:20 PM – Officers responded to FM 2790 at FM 463 for a report of an intoxicated driver. Investigation revealed the driver being very sleepy as she was headed to her father’s house. One of the officer’s drove her to her father’s house as officers didn’t feel it was safe for her to drive.
10:15 PM – Officer responded to FM 3175 at Meadowbrook Estates for a report of loose livestock.
May 11
12:35 AM – Officer responded to City Hall to unlock a vehicle.
1:30 PM – Officer responded to 15000 Blk. of Main St. for a report of a white BMW driving recklessly. Officer was unable to locate vehicle.
8:00 PM – Officer responded to Valero for an ATM that might be compromised by a false card scanner. Officer arrived but did not find anything out of the ordinary.
May 12
2:00 AM – Officer responded to 15000 Blk. of Mesquite St. for a report of a disturbance. Officer arrived and observed an individual walking to the back of the house. Officer made contact with 2 male individuals who stated they were having a verbal argument only.
8:16 PM – Report of fleet accident involving Unit 5 and a fence post. Damage sustained to Unit 5 only.
10:10 AM – Officer responded to IH 35 S at FM 3175 to assist a stranded motorist with a flat tire.
10:50 AM – Officer responded to John Lott Park for a report of 2 suspicious individuals inside the gazebo. Officer made contact, all was fine.
10:59 AM – Officers responded to Valero for a report of a person who had passed a counterfeit $100 bill was back at the store. Officers arrived and identified the man, he was issued a Criminal Trespass Notice.
3:04 PM – Officers responded to 15300 Blk. of Cottage St. for a report of a civil matter – landlord/tenant dispute.
4:19 PM – Officers responded to JD’s Small Engine for a report of a civil matter.
8:04 PM – Officers responded to 1700 Blk. of FM 2790 to assist Atascosa Co. with a physical disturbance.
8:16 PM – Officers responded to FM 3175 at McConnel Rd. to assist Atascosa Co. with a major one vehicle accident.
9:53 PM – Traffic stop resulted in impound of vehicle due to several traffic violations.
11:07 PM – Officers responded to HEB Plus for a verbal disturbance.
May 13
1:05 AM – Officer responded to FM 2790 at IH 35 for a report of a suspicious male walking down the ramp. Officer searched the area, unable to locate.
5:30 AM – Officer responded to Duck Pond Rd. for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Officer located the vehicle, all was fine.
11:04 AM – Officers responded to Exxon for a report of a disturbance – civil matter / child visitation rights.
11:30 AM – Officers responded 14800 Blk. of Main St. for a two vehicle crash.
4:24 PM – Officers responded to HEB Plus for a talk to an officer in reference to a previous theft inside the store.
10:48 PM – Officers responded to 17900 Blk. of Laney’s Catch for a report of loud music. Music was turned down.
May 14
10:30 AM – Officer responded to 18600 Blk. of FM 2790 N for a report of a civil matter – child custody.
1:55 PM – Officer responded to Lytle Nursing Home for a report of the natural death of a 97-year-old female subject.
3:06 PM – Officers responded to Bill Millers BBQ for a report of a two vehicle crash.
8:10 PM – Officers responded to 14700 Blk. of Railroad St. for a report of a civil matter – standby.
9:04 PM – Officers provided a courtesy ride to an adult male to Greenwood Rd.
