Lytle Police Report May 1-7

May 1
1:20 AM – Traffic stop resulted in the driver being cited for drug paraphernalia. A 28-year-old female subject was cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and released.
8:00 AM – Officer responded to 15900 Blk. of S. Benton St. to unlock a vehicle.
1:17 PM – Officer responded to Valero for a report of a man who successfully passed a counterfeit $100 bill on Saturday 4/29/17.
2:20 PM – Officer responded to Bruce St. at Harbour St. for a report of a two vehicle crash.
9:00 PM – Complainant stopped by the Police Station and talked to an officer in reference to a two vehicle crash that had occurred earlier in the morning. Complainant was able to obtain the license plate of the vehicle, name and phone number. Officer was unable to locate the vehicle.
9:30 PM – Officer responded to Prairie St. at Houston St. for a report of a dark 4 door vehicle that was parked suspiciously in the street that had dropped 2 individuals. Officer searched the area, unable to locate the vehicle or the 2 individuals.
May 2
4:02 AM – Officer responded to Best Western for a report of a suspicious vehicle parked at the dumpsters. Officer arrived and searched the area, unable to locate.
10:26 AM – Officer responded to 14400 Blk. of Railroad St. for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Officer was able to determine it was a garbage company person checking on an address that was just in Bexar Co. All was fine.
10:42 AM – Officer came upon a woman on FM 463 at Lake Shore Dr. chasing a man on foot with a vehicle following them. Officer spoke with the woman who stated the man had walked off from the nursing home and it was unsafe for him to be out alone. Officer detained the man and brought him back to the Lytle Nursing Home.
6:30 PM – Officer responded to Lytle Small Town Treasures for a report of an unknown person(s) who tampered with the lock on the rear door.
8:40 PM – Officer responded to Allen Rd. to assist Atascosa Co. with a disturbance. Officer arrived and separated the two aggressors. Atascosa Co. Deputy arrived and took over the scene.
9:10 PM – Officer responded to 15300 Blk. of Laredo St. for a report of a father assaulting his adult daughter. Officer noted that complainant had a knot on her right hand side forehead. Officer noted complainant appeared to be under the influence of her prescribed medication and was not completely coherent. Lytle EMS arrived and checked complainant for any injuries. Because of her state, officer requested to come into the office when she was herself. Officer searched the area for the father but was unable to locate.
May 3
2:10 AM – While conducting business checks in the area, officer noted a vehicle parked at the park & ride with its head lamps on for an extended amount of time. Officer conducted a welfare check and found a 16-year-old and a 14-year-old. Both juveniles were released to their parents.
9:45 AM – Officers responded to 18800 Blk. of N. Pine St. for an alarm.
9:57 AM – Officers responded to IH 35 S at Mile Marker 132 to assist a disabled motorist with a flat tire.
10:40 AM – Officer responded to Main St. at FM 2790 N for a two vehicle crash.
1:30 PM – Officer responded to Metro PCS and provided a civil standby.
4:14 PM – Officer responded to 19200 Blk. of N Somerset St. for a report of a stolen trailer that was turned in at U-Haul. Officer confirmed the trailer was indeed stolen. The trailer was released to the U-Haul dealer.
11:56 PM – Officer responded to Sonic Drive-In for an alarm. Officers arrived and found front door to be unsecure. The manager arrived and stated she accidentally left the door unlocked. No criminal activity noted.
May 4
3:48 AM – Officer responded to Country View Apartments for a report of a disturbance relating to yelling and screaming. Upon arrival, officer met with residents and both stated they were just playing around. Officer did not note any evidence of physical contact.
10:50 AM – Officers responded to St. Andrew’s Church and provided funeral escort.
11:02 AM – Officer responded to US Post Office for a talk to an officer in reference to an unidentified suspect taking mail.
2:30 PM – Officer spoke with complainant over the phone in regards to receiving a suspicious call.
4:53 PM – Officers conducted an emergency detention on an 11-year-old female. Child was transported to Santa Rosa Children’s Hospital.
6:22 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus to unlock a vehicle.
8:45 PM – Complainant stopped by the Police Station to talk to an officer in reference to harassment calls.
May 5
3:40 PM – Officer responded to Camino Real Crisis Center for a talk to an officer in reference to a stand by. A patient was recovering some items that were left at the facility.
5:54 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus for a vehicle crash. Officer was cancelled.
5:55 PM – Officer responded to IH 35 at Southside Bar to assist Atascosa Co. with a disabled vehicle. Officer assisted with traffic control and the changing of a tire.
11:20 PM – Officer responded to FM 2790 at Lucky Rd. to Assist Atascosa Co. with a vehicle impound.
May 6
1:20 AM – Officer responded to 14900 Harbour St. to unlock a vehicle.
4:00 AM – Officer responded to Whataburger for a report of a disturbance – half naked man who urinated and defecated on the dining area floor. Officer made contact with subject. A 58-year-old male subject was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. Subject was transported to Atascosa Co. Jail.
7:42 AM – Officers responded to Lytle High School and provided traffic control for the 5K run.
3:13 PM – Officers responded to 14700 Blk. of Railroad St. to assist Atascosa EMS with a patient.
5:25 PM – Officer responded to IH 35 Access Rd. at Luckey Rd. to assist Bexar Co. with a two vehicle crash.
6:38 PM – Officer responded to CR 681 at First St. for a report of shots fired in the area. Officer checked the area, unable to locate.
11:55 PM – Officer responded to Best Western Plus to unlock a vehicle.
May 7
6:00 PM – Officer responded to HEB C-Store for a two vehicle crash.
9:33 PM – Officers responded to 14700 Blk. of Railroad St. for a talk to an officer in reference to complainant wanting to admit his son to Camino Real Crisis Center.
10:01 PM – Officers responded to 14900 Blk. of Harbour St. for a report of a male knocking on the front door of residence and leaving in a vehicle. Officers made contact with the suspicious vehicle and identified the subject. He was looking for his sister and was told she was at the residence he was knocking at. The sister was found inside residence.
