June 5
2:10 AM – Officer responded to John’s Small Engine (15100 Blk. of Main St.) for an alarm.
4:12 PM –Officers responded to Starcross Trail for a report of kids driving golf carts on public roadway.
6:00 PM –Officers responded to Alexander’s Insurance (19200 Blk. of McDonald St.) for an alarm.
June 6
5:40 PM –Officer responded to FM 3175 at IH 35 SB for a report of a stop sign down. Officer arrived and removed the downed sign and placed a temporary stop sign.
6:10 PM–Officer responded to Alexander Insurance (19400 Blk. of FM 2790) for an alarm. All windows and doors were secure.
8:16 PM –Officers responded to Country View Apartments (19400 Blk. of McDonald St.) to unlock a vehicle.
9:00 PM –Traffic stop on Laredo St. and Elisa St. resulted in the arrest of a 29 year old male for Possession of Marijuana < 2 oz. and a 20 year old male passenger was cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and released. The driver was transported to Atascosa Co. Jail.
June 7
12:23 PM – Officers responded to Lytle Family Practice (19400 Blk. of Davis St.) for a report of an unruly patient. Officer spoke with subject and advised him to return when Dr. Hack returned.
12:55 PM – Officer responded to 888 Classic Barber (15000 Blk. of Main St.) for a report of a theft of a baseball equipment bag with contents that was taken from the bed of a truck. Total estimated loss $1,260.
2:47 PM – Officer responded to Community National Bank (20100 Blk. of IH 35 S) for a report of a forgery of a check, total estimated loss $300.
3:00 PM – Officer responded to Lucky Rd. at FM 3175 to assist Atascosa Co. on a traffic stop which resulted in the driver and passenger being arrested.
3:40 PM – Officer responded to Adams St. at N. Prairie St. for a report of a vehicle vs. gas meter accident. Upon arrival, officer was unable to find anything. Officer contacted Public Works who advised all units had left.
6:18 PM – Officer responded to Mr. W Fireworks Stand (Atascosa Co. Line on Main St.) for a report of a burglar alarm. Officer arrived and met with employee who had keys and was stocking items.
9:29 PM – Officers responded to HEB Plus (19300 Blk. of McDonald St.) to unlock a vehicle.
June 8
9:37 AM – Officers responded to Lytle Family Practice (19400 Blk. of Davis St.) for an unruly patient. Officers were there on the prior day also for the same situation. Officer spoke with staff who stated they did not want the patient on the property anymore.
10:47 AM – Officer responded to The Washateria (15000 Blk. of Main St.) for a report of a dog in a car harassing a customer as she walked by. Officer spoke with the owner who stated she was leaving and the dog was docile. Officer observed the dog laying on the passenger seat sleeping.
1:07 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus (19300 Blk. of McDonald St.) for a report of a dog locked in a vehicle with the widows cracked. Officer arrived and located vehicle. The owner was located and counseled.
1:26 PM – Officer responded to 18300 Blk. of Wisdom Rd. for a burglary of habitation (vacant rental property). An unknown person entered the residence and took a white ceiling fan, an air conditioning window unit and a 6 foot sided ladder. Total estimated loss $380.
3:00 PM – Officer talked to complainant in reference to harassment.
4:00 PM – Officer responded to Railhead Café (15100 Blk. of Main St.) for a talk to an officer in reference to a damaged door.
5:40 PM – Officer responded to 15200 Blk. of Adams St. for a talk to an officer in reference to a minor crash that had occurred on 6-7-17.
6:15 PM – Officer responded to 14700 Blk. of Railroad St. for a report of a possible theft of a chain saw.
7:40 PM – Officer responded to FM 3175 at Granberg Rd. to assist Atascosa Deputy with a roadside disturbance. Officer was unable to locate.
9:35 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus (19300 Blk. of McDonald St.) for a report of a one vehicle crash.
June 9
1:24 PM – Officer responded to 15000 Blk. of Main St. for a report of a vendor selling vegetables causing traffic hazard.
3:05 PM – Officer responded to Hidalgo St. in Coal Mine for a report of a Ford F-150 blocking the roadway and almost causing accidents. Officer arrived and searched the area, unable to locate.
6:25 PM – Officer responded to John Lott Park (19100 Blk. of Somerset St.) for a report of a disturbance. The incident involved a child custody agreement/issue.
June 10
2:05 AM – Officer responded to Allen Rd. at FM 2790 to assist Atascosa Deputy for a family disturbance.
5:00 AM – Officer responded to HEB Plus (196300 Blk. of McDonald St.) for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, officer made contact with the driver who needed a battery jump.
9:53 AM – Officers responded to HEB Plus (19300 Blk. of McDonald St.) for a report of a disturbance between two parties in the parking lot. Upon arrival, witness stated one party departed and the other went in the store.
10:56 AM – Officers responded to Kreger Welding (19200 Blk. of Somerset St.) for a report of a civil matter – evection.
10:47 AM – Officers responded to Bill Miller’s BBQ (19700 Blk. of IH 35) to unlock a vehicle.
12:00 PM – Officers responded to Ray’s Taxi Apartments (15300 Blk. of Main St.) for a report of a civil matter – money owed.
12:16 PM – Officer responded to 15300 Newton St. for a report of a verbal argument.
1:23 PM – Officers responded to HEB Plus (19300 Blk. of McDonald St.) for a report of a reckless driver who was possibly intoxicated in the parking lot. Suspect was interviewed and he did not appear to be under the influence. 3:40 PM – Officers responded to Camino Real Crisis Center (19900 Blk. of FM 3175) to assist Atascosa EMS with a patient that was possibly under the influence of narcotics.
4:48 PM – Officer observed subject dumping trash into the dumpster behind Brush Co. Real Estate (Railroad St. at Bank St.) a 54 year old male was cited for Theft of Service < $100 and released.
7:29 PM – Officers responded to HEB Plus (19300 Blk. of McDonald St.) for a report of intoxicated females inside the store. Upon arrival, officers were cancelled by management.
7:31 PM – Officers responded to 14700 Blk. of Railroad St. to assist Atascosa EMS with a male subject wanting to commit suicide. He was transported by Atascosa EMS.
8:40 PM – Officers responded to Lytle PD for a report of a civil matter – child custody.
9:40 PM – Officers responded to Beall’s (19500 Blk. of IH 35 S) for a report of a disturbance at the parking lot. Both parties were contacted, disturbance was verbal only.
10:07 PM – Officers responded to CR 6710 for a report of a lose cow in the roadway. Officer returned the cow to the correct address.
11:23 PM – Officers responded to HEB Plus (19300 Blk. of McDonald St.) to unlock a vehicle.
June 11
6:20 AM – Officers responded to IH 35 S for a welfare check on a woman walking on the side of the road. Officers were unable to locate.
6:30 AM – Officer responded to 15000 Blk. of Harbour St. to assist a resident with turning on the power breaker to the house.
8:16 AM – Officers responded to 15000 Blk. of Railroad St. for a report of a Train vs. Pedestrian fatality accident. 10:09 AM – Officer responded to Lytle Donuts (15300 Blk. of Main St.) for a welfare check on an elderly female walking and looking confused. Office found the female sleeping on the picnic table and walked off refusing any assistance.
10:35 AM – Officer responded to Lytle Public Library (19100 Blk. of FM 2790 N) for a welfare check on a female yelling at passing vehicles. Officer made contact with subject who stated she just wanted to take a nap on the bench and would not bother anyone again.
10:44 AM – Officer responded to Wisdom Rd. for a talk to an officer in reference to complainant’s mother’s license plate being stolen. The license plate was not stolen and belonged to the vehicle.
4:14 PM – Officer responded to FM 2790 N at Cottage St. for a welfare check on a female walking in roadway. The female was the same as the two previous calls. Female was given a courtesy ride to La Coste at her request.
8:50 PM – Officers responded to 100 Allen Ave. to assist Atascosa Co. Deputy with a physical disturbance.
