July 16
1:33 PM – Officer responded to 15200 Blk. of Park Place for a report of an alarm.
3:45 PM – Officer responded to 15300 Blk. of Main St. and assisted Atascosa Co. Deputy with an attempted warrant service. Officers were unable to locate.
5:53 PM – Officer responded to 15200 Blk. of Park Place for a report of an unsecured door.
11:30 PM – Officer made contact with a male subject who was asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle at the Bealls P-Lot. The driver was identified and released.
11:59 PM – Officer responded to Fire Dogs BBQ for a report of suspicious activity. Extra patrol requested.
July 17
12:15 AM – Officer responded to HEB Plus to assist Atascosa EMS with a male patient.
3:42 AM – Officer responded to Grand Somerset Apartments for a report of a suspicious vehicle parked at location. The vehicle was unoccupied.
6:32 AM – Officer responded to 18800 Blk. of Wisdom Rd. for a talk to officer in reference to a female with mental health issues.
7:50 AM – Officers responded to 300 Blk. of Pinn Rd. to assist Atascosa Co. with a reported disturbance. Officer secured the scene until Atascosa Co. unit arrived.
2:45 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus to unlock a vehicle.
4:40 PM – Complainant talked to officer and reported he lost his temporary driver’s license while at HEB Plus.
7:25 PM – Officer responded to HEB C-Store for a report of a beer run. Two Hispanic males wearing safety vests stole a total of four 18-pack Bud Light beer. Total estimated loss $63.88.
8:30 PM – Officer took a report of a possible threat.
9:50 PM – Officer responded to 14700 Blk. of Railroad St. for a report of a disturbance. A 16 YO juvenile was uncooperative.
10:30 PM – Officer responded to 14700 Blk. of Railroad St. and talked to complainant in reference to his 16 YO juvenile who was not listening to his parents.
July 18
1:35 AM – Officer conducted a field contact on a male walking in the area of Oak St. and S. Prairie St. The male was given a courtesy ride to Loop 410 at Pearsall Rd.
7:58 AM – Officer responded to HEB Plus to unlock a vehicle.
8:52 AM – Officer responded to Lytle Veterinary Clinic for a report of a lawn mower stolen from a locked shed. Total estimated loss $50.
12:50 PM – Lytle PD was contacted by store manager and advised that the 6 previously reported BBQ pits were not stolen after an inventory was conducted.
1:00 PM – While cleaning the patrol vehicle, officer found a tightly crumpled $20 bill stuffed between the rear seat and body panel. The $20 bill was placed into found property, it is likely that the bill is counterfeit.
3:10 PM – Officer responded to McDonald St. at Main St. to assist a disabled motorist.
4:28 PM – Officer responded to 15000 Blk. of Railroad St. to unlock a vehicle.
4:38 PM – Officer responded to First Klass Cleaners for a welfare check on a male subject lying next to the building. Subject was given a courtesy ride to FM 3175.
July 19
12:55 AM – Officer responded to McDonald St. at Main St. for a report of a suspicious male running east towards IH 35. Officer made contact with individual who stated a friend had dropped him off at an address in Bexar Co. and his girlfriend was going to pick him up. Officer provided a courtesy ride to Whataburger/HEB C-Store.
2:30 AM – Officer responded to FM 3175 at IH 3 N Access Rd. to assist Atascosa Co. with a search for a Dodge truck that was involved in a disturbance. Officer was unable to locate.
4:25 AM – Officer found an unsecured gate at Pachangon Auto Sales Officer conducted a walkthrough, no signs of criminal activity.
1:55 PM – Officer responded to MC Self Storage for a report of a storage unit with heavy damage to the rolling door. Officer spoke with a customer who was at the storage units and stated she had reported the damage to the owner on Tuesday when she first noticed it.
5:05 PM – Officer responded to John Lott Park Pavilion to assist Atascosa EMS with a patient.
6:35 PM – Officer responded to Lytle City Hall for a report of a civil matter – property dispute.
9:30 PM – Officer observed 2 suspicious males standing on the side of the building by the bay door at O’Reilly Auto Parts. Further investigation determined that the individuals were employees.
11:20 PM – Officer responded to Rodeo Drive and talk to complainant in reference to an unknown person(s) who damaged a strand of blue lights that were mounted on a porch. Total estimated loss $30. Three male juveniles were seen riding their bicycles in the area.
11:35 PM – Officer responded to Pirate Express for a report of an alarm.
July 20
12:00 AM – Officer responded to Beall’s for a report of an alarm.
12:05 AM – Officer responded to CR 6840 at CR 6841 and provided a courtesy ride to an individual who ran out of fuel on FM 2790 N.
4:20 PM – Officers responded to a reported verbal disturbance on Main St. near the Bexar County line. A female was given a courtesy ride to the Whataburger where a family member picked her up.
4:24 PM – Officers responded to the 16000 Blk. of Lake Shore Driver for a child custody issue.
5:00 PM – Officers took a report at the PD in reference to a stolen wallet.
5:01 PM – Officer assisted with unlocking a vehicle at the MC Self Storage.
5:44 PM – Officer responded to Riding High Customs for a burglary of a motor vehicle. Unknown suspect stole 2 batteries and a part to a vehicle. Total value of burglary was $653.
6:54 PM – Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 18900 blk. of FM 2790 N that resulted in a citation being issued for Failure to Identify after the driver gave the officer a fictitious name.
10:15 PM – Officer dispatched to IH 35 at McDonald Street for a reckless driver. Officer was unable to locate.
10:45 PM – Officer responded to the HEB C-Store for a minor accident.
July 21
3:00 AM – Officer gave a subject a courtesy ride to his residence on CR 6847.
10:20 AM – Officers dispatched to the Whataburger for a report of a man passed out behind the wheel. It was determined he just fell asleep.
11:55 AM – Officers conducted a welfare check on a male subject sitting behind Bealls.
4:25 PM – Officers were contacted by the Bandera Co. S.O. in reference to a person’s wallet that was recovered during an arrest. The wallet and contents were the same items reported stolen to Lytle PD previously.
5:30 PM – Officer dispatched to the Dollar General fir a subject going through the dumpster.
8:20 PM – Officer dispatched to Main St. at the Bexar Co. line for a reckless driver.
July 22
12:16 AM – Officer dispatched to the US Renal Care for an alarm.
5:35 AM – Officer dispatched to the 15000 Blk. of Old Frio City Road to assist with a structure fire.
9:15 AM – Officer dispatched to the HEB C-Store to check the welfare on a male asleep at a gas pump. A family member was contacted to pick the subject up.
1:15 PM – Officer responded to Main St. @ McDonald St. for a minor accident.
4:36 PM – Officer was contacted by Devine PD and advised that a subject with a warrant by Lytle PD had been arrested. It was an Assault Bodily Injury that stand from an incident at the St. Andrew’s Festival June 1, 2018.
7:45 PM – Officer responded to the PD for a civil matter involving child custody.
11:42 PM – Public Intoxication Contact at IH 35 NB at Bexar Co. Line resulted in the arrest of a 38-year-old male subject for Public Intoxication. Subject was transported to Atascosa Co. Jail.
