Nov. 19

1:38 AM – Officer responded to Little Caesars to unlock a vehicle.
3:09 PM – Officer responded to Morales Feed & Supply for a report of an alarm.
8:45 PM – Officer responded to FM 2790 at Main St. and talked to complainant in reference to an unknown male driving a red Chevrolet pulling a pistol on complainant as she pulled over to look for directions.
9:35 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus and talked to complainant in regards to damage done to his vehicle. The complainant was not sure if the damage was done at HEB Plus or somewhere else.
Nov. 20
9:05 AM – Officer responded to Lytle Nursing Home to assist Atascosa EMS with a patient.
10:05 AM – Officer responded to HEB Plus to unlock a vehicle.
12:00 PM – Officer initiated a field contact with a truck tractor at 15100 Blk. of Main St. parked alongside the roadway creating a traffic hazard.
1:30 PM – Officer responded to Lydia’s Trademart for a report for a disturbance between a boyfriend and a girlfriend. A 27-year-old subject was arrested for Assault – Against the Elderly. Subject was transported to Atascosa Co. Jail. While being searched by the jailer, a baggie of heroin was discovered in the suspect’s sock. Additional charge of Possession of Controlled Substance PG1 < 1g will be filed.
2:02 PM – Officer responded to 19200 Blk. of First St. for a report of kids throwing rocks at a dog. Officer arrived and found several young kids playing outside and they stated a small dog was bothering them and they denied throwing any rocks. The kids were trying to get the dog to leave them alone.
3:02 PM – Officer responded to 19100 Blk. of McDonald St. to unlock a vehicle.
3:16 PM – Officer responded to Lytle Dental to unlock a vehicle.
7:15 PM – Officer responded to 63000 Blk. of Cortez Rd. for a report of a suspicious vehicle parked across from a residence with a vacation watch. It turned out to be the neighbor’s vehicle.
7:24 PM – Officer responded to Lytle United Methodist Church for a report of a minor accident.
7:45 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus for a report of damage done to a vehicle. It was not clear if the damage was done by another vehicle or a shopping cart.
7:50 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus to unlock a vehicle.
Nov. 21
1:24 AM – Officers responded to Camino Real Crisis Center for a report of a disruptive patient. Officers found patient to be suicidal. An emergency detention was conducted and the person was transported to Laurel Ridge Treatment Center in San Antonio by Capt. Reyes.
10:37 AM – Officer responded to S. Somerset St. at Main St. for a report of a vehicle creating a traffic hazard.
10:44 AM – Officer responded to IH 35 SB at Mile Marker 132 for a report of a two vehicle crash.
3:00 PM – Officer responded to 18400 Blk. of IH 35 and conducted a welfare check on a female. The female was reported as possibly missing. Officer verified the ID of the female and all was okay.
3:11 PM – Officer responded to FM 3175 at IH 35 NB Access Rd. to assist with a disabled motorist near the underpass. Officer directed traffic until the disabled vehicle took off.
4:58 PM – While driving in the Lytle True Value P-Lot officer observed several people around a small truck. One person pointed at the truck and yelled that he stole something. Officer initiated a traffic stop and identified the driver. A 53-year-old male subject was cited for Theft.
8:05 PM – Officer responded to 15400 Blk. of Cottage St. to unlock a vehicle.
9:45 PM – Officer responded to 19600 Blk. of Bruce St. to assist the Lytle Vol. Fire Dept. with a call for smoke coming out of a furnace.
10:06 PM – Officer responded to Bill Miller BBQ and arrested a 27-year-old male subject for Public Intoxication. Subject was transported to Atascosa Co. Jail.
Nov. 22
12:00 AM – Officer responded to 15200 Blk. of Hester St. for and transported a male suspect for Public Intoxication.
7:00 AM – Officer responded to Wisdom Rd. at Tippen Rd. for a report of shots fired. Officer made location and determined the shots were coming from the property at the end of Tippen Rd. The residence is outside city limits.
11:38 AM – Officer responded to McDonald’s for a report of a panic alarm. Officer arrived, all was okay. The alarm was hit by accident.
12:44 PM – Officer responded to 15100 Blk. of Magnolia St. for a report of an alarm. Officer arrived and found the residence to be secure.
5:32 PM – Officer responded to 14800 Blk. of Main St. for a report of an older gray Impala that had pulled up to the front complainant’s house. The vehicle was occupied by a male and a female who honked the horn and motioned the four kids playing outside in the yard to come to them. They drove off when the kids called the parents.
6:16 PM – Officer responded to 14800 Blk. of Star Cross Trail to assist Atascosa EMS with a male patient.
7:34 PM – Officer responded the Gathering Church for a report of a suspicious pickup truck that was parked next to the side of the church. Officer arrived and found all doors secure.
9:11 PM – Officer responded to IH 35 SB at Exit 133 for a report that complainant had hit a deer on IH 35. Officer made location and determined the location was in Bexar Co. There were no injuries and a Bexar Co. Deputy arrived to take the report.
Nov. 23
2:00 AM – Officer responded to 20200 Blk. of IH 35 NB for a report of a vehicle vs. deer crash.
1:26 PM – Officer responded to Main St. at Prairie St. for a report of damaged traffic control lights. TXDOT was contacted.
3:38 PM – Officer responded to Main St. at Prairie St. and conducted traffic control for TXDOT while they repaired the traffic light.
5:15 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus and talked to complainant in reference to suspicious transactions by a subject. When HEB staff attempted to ask for ID to match the name in the credit card, the subject declined.
7:55 PM – While on patrol at 14800 Blk. of Main St. officer noticed three juveniles opening the back door to the church bus and getting ready to enter the bus. The trio left as soon as they spotted the officer. Officer was able to detain one while the other two fled. Officer obtained the names of the two that fled and called out for them to return. All three were counseled and released to guardian.

4:25 AM – Officer responded to 19500 Blk. of McDonald St. for a welfare check on an elderly person.
9:44 AM – Officer responded to Main St. at IH 35 Access Rd. to assist Atascosa Co. with a vehicle on fire. Officer arrived and were unable to locate the vehicle.
12:05 PM – Officer responded to 15100 Blk. of Norvell St. to assist Medina EMS with a patient.
2:03 PM – Officer responded to 19200 Blk. of N. Prairie St. to assist Atascosa EMS with a patient.
8:24 PM – Officer responded to Camino Real Crisis Center for a report of a homicidal/suicidal man. Officer spoke with the man who appeared to be calmed and under control of his emotions.
9:20 PM – Officer responded to 14800 Blk. of Main St. to unlock a vehicle.
11:00 PM – Officer responded to Main St. at Diaz St. for a report of a train blocking the entrance of Coal Mine. The train was reconnected in a short time causing minimal delay to resident.
Nov. 25
3:22 AM – Officer responded to US Renal Care for a report of an alarm. Officer arrived and found the back door had not been properly closed. Officer was able to gain entry and checked the facility but found nothing suspicious. Officer locked the back door on the way out.
3:55 AM – Officer responded to Valero to assist motorist. Officer spoke with a young woman who was very distraught and said she was out of gas and could not find an open station. Officer asked the woman to follow him to the HEB C-Store where she was able to get gas.
12:00 PM – Officer responded to IH 35 at Mile Marker 133 to assist Bexar Co. with a minor accident.
1:15 PM – Officer responded to 19100 Blk. of N. Prairie St. for a report of trash cans blocking the roadway. Officer responded the trash cans without incident.
2:05 PM – Officer responded to 16000 Blk. of White Cap Dr. and talked to complainant in reference to person(s) tampering with the Christmas decorations.
8:24 PM – Officer responded to 15000 Blk. of Harbor St. for a report of flashing lights shining on complainant’s residence. Officer searched the area, unable to locate. Extra patrol requested.
