Opening district play against the Carrizo Springs Wildcats on March 20th, the JV Warhorses took an early lead in the second and held it to win 7-6. Earning base hits for the team were Eliseo Perez, Colin Dishman, Evan Priest, and Blaine Miller. Priest earned 3 RBIs during the game. On the mound was Colin Dishman who started and earned the win but Robert Ramirez and Evan Priest also saw some time pitching.
Coming up next for the JV Warhorses is Bandera on Thursday March 29th and Lytle April 3rd. Games start at 4:30 pm.
