Josefa Sanchez passed away September 13, 2017 with her family and friends by her side.
She is preceded in death by her father Jose Maria Cantu, mother Elvida DeLuna Cantu, stepfather Juan Rayos, sister Angelita Cantu, brother Juan Johnny Cantu, and grandson Isaiah Rene Cantu.
She is survived by her brothers Jose Ramon Cantu, Henry Cantu, Raul Cantu, Ruben Cantu, sisters Maria Cantu Rodriguez, Carmen Cantu Pena, children Frances Zarazua, Mark Cantu, Kristopher Sanchez, Eric Cantu, and Erica Cantu. She had 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Josie was born in San Antonio, Tx. She will be remembered by her love to dance, being with family and listening to oldies. She spent part of her life in Natalia, Tx with her husband Ancension Rodriguez.
The family of Josefa would like to thank you for your prayers during this difficult time.
A private service was held in her honor on Saturday the 17 of September.
