December 12, the Freshmen Warhorses faced the Hondo Owls and lost 77-36. Being outscored in every quarter, the Freshmen just could not keep up with the Owls. Not giving up the Warhorses played a clean but aggressive game with just a few fouls.
John Schnautz scored 9, Xsavior Martinez 8, Westin Byrd 7, Collin Dishman and Hunter Reyes each scored 4, and Ryan Applewhite and Matthew Madrid each scored 2.
