Ethel Louise Seifert, 88, of Rockport, passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 in Corpus Christi.
Ethel was born in Pleasanton on February 20, 1929 to Clarence H. and Amy E. (Pyles) Collier, who preceded her in death along with her husband, William; son, Jimmy; brother Harold Newman; sisters, Dorothy Huntley and Betty Covington.
She is survived by her son, Steven and wife Bea; daughters, Sharon Stanley, Diane Schmeltekopf and husband Clay; brother Billy Newman and wife Florence; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 am at the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel in Devine.
Graveside service was held Saturday, October 28, 2017 at noon at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery in Devine with interment following.
