Congratulations to the Devine High School One Act Play cast and crew. They advance to the UIL One Act Play Area Contest to be held on Monday, April 3 at Zapata High School in Zapata, TX. Ariana Russell was named to the All Star Cast, Jose Guardiola received an Honorable Mention Award and Emilie Dudley made All Star Crew.
When asked about Friday’s performance, Mrs. Taitano replied, “The students gave an incredible performance. Everything came together. I’m so proud of my cast & crew.”
The first show will begin at 2:00 pm, with shows running back to back. Show times usually average between 30 and 40 minutes. The event is open to the public and everyone is encouraged to attend. There will be a $10 admittance fee allowing the ticket holder to see all productions that day.
The public performance of the play at Devine High School will be presented after the completion of the UIL competition cycle.
