Join us at the Driscoll Public Library on Tuesday, Oct. 31 and Wednesday, Nov. 1 as we celebrate Dia de los Muertos, a fun and colorful festival of life!
A community altar will go up on Monday, Oct. 30. Everyone is invited to bring pictures, mementos, drawings, or anything that reminds you of a loved one who has passed on to place at the altar. Everyone is invited to take part in this beautiful Day of the Dead tradition!
Join us for a very special Preschool Storytime on Oct. 31 where we will learn all about the Day of the Dead and do a few fun and colorful crafts. Be sure to wear your Halloween costumes!
A special showing of the movie “The Book of Life” will be screened at the library on Nov. 1 from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
