Build your own stuffed animal @ the Driscoll Public Library May 31

Stuffed tigers are just $15.00, and all proceeds go to the Friends of the Driscoll Public Library in order to help purchase books and supplies, as well as help fund upcoming summer programming.

Make a new furry friend and help support the library at the Friends of the Driscoll Public Library’s fundraiser on Thursday, May 31 from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
The Friends’ first fundraiser of the year is the Noah’s Ark Workshop, where guests have the opportunity to hand-stuff and name a cuddly 15-inch tiger. Guests will also have the opportunity to learn interesting facts about safari animals, take home coloring pages, and enjoy snacks.
Each tiger kit is $15.00 and includes a tiger, stuffing, rainbow wishing star, birth certificate, and take home bag. Registration is required. The deadline for registration has been pushed back and is now Thursday, May 24.
Participation in the Workshop is not required to purchase a tiger. Anyone who is unable to attend the Workshop can take their kit to go and complete the tiger at home.
Any extra kits that are in stock after the deadline can be purchased for $20.00.
Thank you to Phillip Fitch and Security Bank for sponsoring the fundraiser. All money raised will be used to purchase needed books and supplies for the library, as well as to help fund upcoming summer programming.
